I just created a post so I can find the Google AdWords specs easier and I wanted to have the MS AdCenter specs handy too:
Title length max: 25 characters including spaces.
Ad text max: 70 characters including spaces.
Display URL: 35 characters including www. if you include that prefix.
Destination URL: 1064 character max
